IRS auction

Filed under: Auction Marketing @ 6:26 am

The Internal Revenue Service (I.R.S.) may assume ownership of property from the defaulted taxpayer. No exceptions are made. Existing properties, even real estate, are not exempt from the threat of seizure.

The Internal Revenue Service is also responsible for getting the properties they seize up for bid at auction. The auction is Mandated by law to be open and advertised to the public.

There are specific things you need to know before bidding on a real estate auction hosted by the IRS.

In the first place, you need to be aware that IRS real estate bidding is different from bidding because of foreclosure by either Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or HUD. In fact, it is auction of property seized as a result of neglect in paying taxes on it. A different set of rules governs these auctions.

Is the property currently mortgaged? Rest assured the Internal Revenue Service will check to see. When you visit the IRS website, you will find these words:

Our offices will give you information regarding any hindrance that is known of against or other claims on the property that is listed on Form 2434-B. It is not guaranteed that you will be received the correct and complete information. This information is furnished solely to assist you, the potential bidder, in determining the worth of the merchandise up for auction. Buyer Beware! Buyer beware when you bid on these items! Real Estate that the IRS sells is conveyed by Quit-Claim Deed. It’s a good idea to contact PALS to see if anyone else has either ordered or performed a 3rd party title search.

Mortgage companies have the option of putting a reclaim on real estate within six months of an IRS sponsored real estate bid - but note that any property won at an IRS auction will be without warranty. The Internal Revenue Service can’t give you a guarantee. They tell you right up front that any property you bid on is “as is” and “where is”, meaning you accept it as it stands, and anything that needs to be done with it, you will do! If at a later point you are displeased with this, that is too bad. As much as one would like to, you can’t sue the I.R.S.

What Is The Four Tier Annihilation Method?

If you’re burnt out by the usual internet marketing JUNK, you’ll be thrilled to discover what the Four Tier Annihilation Method is NOT about:

  • Google Adwords: this method doesn’t use Adwords AT ALL. No Google slaps, no complicated keyword stuff, no budget destroying campaigns that waste your time and money.
  • Google Adsense: The only way the system uses adsense is a sneaky and covert monetizing factor for one of the methods. There is no site building, article writing etc…
  • Complicated SEO: There are virtually no Search Engine Optimization factors involved: no guess work, no waiting: results NOW!
  • No Traditional Affiliate Marketing: You make a killing as an affiliate but… you can completely forget about the “regular” ways. Like writing tons of content, getting ads that cost too much and don’t produce results…

You can also forget the legwork because the creator of the method is a self-confessed lazy bum who hates working more than 10 hours a week…

Wholesale Bumper Stickers: How To Find The Best Wholesale Bumper Stickers Deals For EBay

Filed under: Auction Marketing @ 1:44 am

Wholesale bumper stickers offers resellers high profit margins along with high volume sales, when done right.

Resellers, whether flea market vendors, eBay sellers, or dollar stores, will be faced with competition from online and offline retailers who can buy wholesale bumper stickers at a lower price.

To outmaneuver this competition in the wholesale bumper stickers business, resellers need to have a strategic plan in place.

Part one of their plan deals with finding the best sources for wholesale bumper stickers at the lowest possible prices.

For this reason I would recommend resellers to stay away from drop shippers when looking for wholesale bumper stickers.

Since the drop shipper is set up to offer his products to thousands of other resellers, you will not be able to compete based on price. All the resellers are paying the same price to the wholesale bumper stickers drop shipper, so how can your prices be lower?

When looking to buy wholesale bumper stickers you want to get as close to the source as possible.

Since you will not be able to buy brand name wholesale bumper stickers for a lower price than major retailers can, you will want to look for lesser known wholesale bumper stickers sellers.

For instance, ABC Bumper Stickers might not have the name recognition that Stickers International enjoys, but you can show customers that the quality is the same, and as long as your prices are lower some customers should buy the wholesale bumper stickers manufactured by ABC Bumper Stickers.

When you contact these companies looking for wholesale bumper stickers ask them for their overstock, overrun, and closeout deals. You would be surprised at the wholesale bumper stickers deals you can find from small manufacturers that are looking to move merchandise out.

You can find great wholesale bumper stickers deals but it will take some solid leg work.

Ferrari

Filed under: Racing Life, Management Info, Auction Marketing @ 12:58 pm

The Ferrari is a car steeped in history and development. For 100 years the company has been producing automobiles Ferrari have made over 60 models of car. This makes for a huge used ferrari market, with the Ferrari Enzo for sale being the most popular car for sale and one of the hardest cars to acquire. Out of this huge market a new breed of car seller has been born, one that literally only deals in cars of more value than 100kGBP - these cars give high returns if sold and high losses if unsold - each seller tries their hardest to get all the classic ferrari’s as well as the new hyper ferrari’s in order to sell them on at a markup.

Small and fast or big and faster?

Filed under: Funny Stuff, Kids, Marketing, Auction Marketing @ 9:03 am

If you go around comparing silly things like shops to worms it gets a bit difficult trying to choose a winner. For example my cousin reckons there is a remote control car that goes faster than my modified toyota supra - I tend to disagree because this isn’t any modified toyota - this thing has a single turbo conversion, insane fuel pump and seats that are so bucketed you could probably use them to bail out the titanic. So he said prove it - lets race these things - But we did and I crushed his rc car - whops…spose that will teach him for thinking he knows better than me eh? silly bloddy kids.

Screw that I want a pink car

Filed under: Racing Life, Auction Marketing, PR, Adventure @ 11:12 am

My mum has been bullying me - saying “you dont want a pink car - pink cars are for crazy girls with no sense of style” - I slapped her for that but still, I really really want an awesome little pink car, something decent - something better than you see in local pink car for sale lots. But i suppose its all a matter of time, and rather than going for a standard car that comes in some wimpy champagne pink I would rather wait and get a really decent used car like a modified toyota supra or similar - that would be awesome - especially in some violent pink colour.

eBay - White Sun

Filed under: Auction Marketing @ 7:10 pm

Good deeds and merits cannot be actually measured and valued. A penny given from the heart can worth more than millions contributed in the eyes of Heaven. A glass of water is more valuable than millions of dollars for a person dying of thirst. Likewise a packet of rice is worth more than gold for people dying of food or in time of war where hunger is everywhere. For a simple work of art like painting, it can be sold through auctioning in the millions. For e-auctioning, almost anything can be found in eBay.

For anything to reach success, Lao Tzu said, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.” I have also heard that it was only about ten years ago, Yahoo had only 200 registered websites and now in the billions. Amazon started in a two-room place selling books, and now the sales in the billions. The power of the modern day e-commerce is no doubt building many billionaires like Bill Gates who made the right choice to pursue his Microsoft idea than to complete his studies. Likewise in Malaysia, many uneducated but brainy businessmen made it in life in terms of wealth and success in the corporate world.

Lao Tzu said, “Anything of significant scale has seemingly insignificant beginning. Similarly, the sacred cause of the universal propagation of Tao has very humble beginnings.” The Tao of Heaven movement initially from China has grown over the last fifty years and now covers all major continents of the world. The movement today continues to grow and thrive at tremendous rate. Like the spring water that flows ceaselessly, Tao has nourished and quenched the thirst of those yearning for spiritual development and Truth. It is like the lightning that comes from the east and flashes to the west. The speed that covers everywhere is like e-auctioning and surprisingly, it coincides with Jesus’ foretelling on the coming of the Son of Man nearing the end of the age (Matthew 24:27), that, “For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so shall the coming of the Son of Man be.”

In Malaysia alone, a single Malaysian Tao Master under “Grand Master Han” from China has more than 800 house temples under his care. There are more than 800,000 followers under various Tao Masters in Malaysia in less than 30 years. In Singapore, “Grand Master Ho” from China has more than 1,500 apartment temples and there are 18 Grand Masters of Tao from China under the Heavenly Master JiGong. In United States there is a very huge website propagating Tao of Heaven in many languages under “Grand Master Han.”

Tao practitioners in the West and Australia are in the millions. Unfortunately the messages from Heaven are mainly in Mandarin and there are limited translations into English. The present shortage of reference and reading materials on Tao of Heaven for the English reading people hindered the propagation and my regular submission of articles is trying to fill up part of this gap. Hopefully readers will also click to my website for more contents and teachings of Tao of Heaven and they can be redirected to the website in the United States. Whether it can reach the level of success like eBay is God’s will. Knowing the shortfall, I have named my first three books, “May it be Heaven’s will” as the headline. Through the speed faster than light I hope people of the world would like to find out what is this teaching of Tao of Heaven and the Third Eye or The Right Portal that are so important in life. Let me quote a report from the United States in the Sunday Times.

“United States researchers believe they have discovered a ‘God spot’ in the brain - a circuit of nerves which could explain humanity’s almost universal belief in a deity. A study of epileptics who said they had experienced profoundly spiritual states revealed that a spot in the front of the brain appeared to become electrically active when they thought about God. The study compared epileptic patients with normal people and a group who said they were intensely religious. Research is at an early stage, but the scientists said the results appeared to show that the phenomenon of religious belief could be inbuilt in humans.”

The research demonstrates that there are immense fields of energy which seem to be originating from “a spot in front of the brain” when people undergo such transcendental experiences. In the teachings of Tao of Heaven, this spot in front of the brain is what we described as The Divine Eye or where the soul resides. During the time of Sakyamuni Buddha, the transmission of Tao was done by “eye to eye contact” using the unseen wave like electronic to pass on the essence of Tao and the Heavenly Decree. The famous words used by Sakyamuni Buddha when he was transmitting the Heavenly Decree to “Mahakasyapa” was “I have the true dharma hidden in my eye,” looking at Mahakasyapa by rolling a golden lotus flower in front of his eyes. The magic of David Copperfield where I have incorporated on my website is able to read people’ mind to prove that there is something mystical and divine when it comes to the mind of man.

This humble website of mine was created earlier with the aim to disseminate the teachings of Tao of Heaven at lightning speed to those with affinity because printing of books is costly and hard to find an International Publisher or Distributor. After eight months it has achieved overwhelming results and if the speed of growth is consistent, maybe the success can be in the same path as eBay and others mentioned above. Always look forward with positive attitude, persevere and don’t give up in your endeavor in any good thing you do or your business.

Author: T.A Chew

T.A Chew first read about eBay about a year ago in early 2005 when he started on his website. Likewise on Amazon, Yahoo, Google…they are not really that long in business but now in billions dollars business. About ten years ago, Goddess of Mercy said that the “money” to come is uncountable, but in this case the “money” should be the merits in terms of disseminating Tao. Website: http://www.white-sun.com

The Art of Used Motors

Not really considered an art by most people buying and selling used cars can be put down to a fine art, at least in my eyes it can. I have been buying used alfa romeo tspark’s for years - buying them cheap in online auctions etc then selling them on for a good solid profit. This works and is easily replicated, but when I moved onto french cars I was disappointed to see that despite my best efforts buying and selling used citroens for sale was a lot, lot more difficult. Maybe its because they start off life as lesser value cars, or maybe its just the french designs age a lot more than the stylish italian alfa romeos…I am really unsure but its a shame…I will stick to used alfa romeos!

Affiliate Marketing for Dummies

Affiliate marketing is a method of marketing products through affiliates, who earn a commission for each sale they provide. Affiliate marketing is connected with, and often used together with, other forms of internet marketing, including search engine marketing, pay per click advertising and email marketing. Affiliate programs use a cost per action (CPA) model, where nothing is paid for ad impressions of clicks, but actual leads and sales.

The Advertiser’s Side

Advertisers, who use affiliate marketing to get sales, often see affiliate marketing as a superior form of online marketing. The main reason for this is that affiliate marketing is completely performance driven. If one of the affiliates can provide no sales, he will not be paid anything. The advertiser only needs to pay some of the profit he makes. If done right, affiliate marketing ensures that advertising costs are always below real revenue, so every sale will make real profit.

Another benefit over other forms of marketing is that the costs to launch an affiliate marketing campaign are very low. If the advertiser wants to recruit very many affiliates, other forms of marketing may be necessary to market the affiliate program for potential affiliates. However, to launch a small campaign it may be enough to add the program to some free affiliate program directories.

The Affiliate’s Side

Mane affiliate programs are free to join, so they can easily be made profitable. Every sale from these programs is profit for the affiliate. Many programs exist, where the share of the affiliate is actually higher than 50% of the final price, so the potential to profit is huge. Some programs offer recurring payments, and can build into streams of residual income.

As compared to pay per click (PPC) advertising, affiliate programs are in many ways a better way to monetize a web site. Affiliate programs usually have no policy that forbids encouraging clicks, on the contrary: writing favorably of the product is encouraged and expected. The advertisement can also be more easily blended with content, since affiliate link are often included in articles about the topic.

Affiliate Directories

Affiliate directories act as a connection between advertisers and potential affiliates. Advertisers list their programs in the directory, and potential affiliates search the directory for affiliate programs that fit their web site theme.

There are many free directories to look into, but the most successful, and largest directories are paid, or take a commission. The most popular include ClickBank, Commission Junction, and ShareASale. These are used by thousands of advertisers and affiliates.

Improve business with 7 steps

Targets: Make sure the promotional product and program are tied in to or bear out a well-defined marketing or communications goal. The objects should not be too complicated.

Target Audiences:
In progressing to an objective, promotional products efforts should be directed to specific audiences. A target for each audience had better be prepared.

Subject matter:
Promotional products theme must convey a predetermined content to each audience. This message should be clear and concise. No single theme must attempt to communicate too many messages. Normally, best solutions are accomplished when only one or two key items are stressed.

Idea:
An “umbrella” program theme should be produced. The topic should take into account messages, audiences and the nature of the merchandise or service.

Originality:
Promotional product themes and points must be as original as possible to pique involvement.

Utility:
Promotional products need be practical items that recipients will use time and again. If the item is not used often, it needs to be unique or decorative and stay in sight.

Follow-ups:
Some of the most effective promotional product drives result in an improved rate of reaction from recipients or permit sales force follow-ups either by phone or in person. In this manner a campaign can turn into a door opener.
